Domestic shipping

I ship with USPS, with tracking. You will receive notification when your order ships and the tracking number for your order. I am not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address (if the wrong address was provided to me). Please check the delivery address before finalizing your order.

damaged or faulty goods

If you receive a banged up box with damaged products inside, please take a photo of the damaged box and the damaged products. Contact me at Nole@MindBodySoapShop.com and attach the photos to your email. I will work with you to fix the problem and involve the USPS if necessary.
